Cooking with Curv: Mashed Pot-atoes
A quick recipe with simple ingredients for garlic mashed pot-atoes infused with out famous cannabutter.
4 large potatoes
4-8 tbsp cannabutter (we recommend 4)
One bunch of Garlic
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup Sour cream
Pepper and salt to taste
Finely chop and sauté the garlic in olive oil. Cut potatoes into squares and to a boil, continue boiling until easy to mash. Drain potatoes and peel. Add salt and pepper and mash the potatoes. Stir in desired amount of cannabutter. Finally; stir in sour cream, and sautéed garilic.
